Hi I'm Nicole Clements,
I’m a Certified Life coach, dedicated to helping people live more empowered, fulfilling lives. My approach is flexible, personalised, evidence-based, and goal-oriented. I plan and design sessions and resources in response to your individual needs and goals. I can support you to make positive, lasting changes to how you think, feel, and behave to enhance both your mental and physical well-being.
Like many, I’ve faced personal challenges and supported loved ones through theirs — experiences that led me to a career centered on helping others. Living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a long-term condition that causes chronic pain and fatigue among other symptoms, has further deepened my understanding of how physical health can impact our mental well-being. Hence, I take a holistic approach that considers the mental and physical (MAP) strengths, limitations, needs, and goals. I work closely with people who experience chronic illnesses and long-term health conditions such as EDS, Fibromyalgia, ME, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Chronic pain following injuries, and more.
At 27, I was also diagnosed with ADHD — a turning point that helped me make sense of my experiences and reframe what I once saw as “flaws” as simply differences in how my mind works. Learning to be more present, emotionally regulated, and compassionate with myself has been life-changing. Now, I draw on that insight to support others — including fellow neurodivergent individuals — in finding the same sense of clarity, peace, and self-acceptance.
I’ve worked with a wide range of people across various settings including:
While studying toward my degree in Psychology with Counselling, I juggled full-time work for three years before taking on the trainee PWP role and earning a Distinction in my 'Graduate Certificate in delivering low-intensity CBT therapy.' I have since also gained my Certification as a Life Coach through the Universal Coach Institute and have provided compassionate guidance to hundreds of clients who have since overcome their individual challenges and met their goals.
I founded MAP Wellbeing to bridge the gap between mental and physical health. Unlike traditional healthcare, which often treats these as two separate entities, coaching addresses both in unison.
Coaching is future-focused, practical, and goal-oriented, helping you to take meaningful steps toward improving your overall well-being, recognising and developing your strengths, and making sustainable, meaningful changes.
As a Certified Life Coach and Pain Coach, I work flexibly, tailoring my approach to best suit you.
I bring authenticity, compassion, and positivity to every session. I hold you accountable in a supportive way, deliver reliable outcomes, and guide you to make lasting changes that improve your quality of life.
