Hi I'm Nicole Clements,
I’m a warm, open-minded, and non-judgemental life and pain coach, dedicated to helping people live more empowered, fulfilling lives. My approach is flexible, personalised, evidence-based, and goal-oriented, designed around you and what matters most in your life. I help you make meaningful, lasting changes to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours — supporting your wellbeing in a way that fits your life.
Like many people, I’ve overcome my own emotional challenges and supported loved ones through difficult times, which inspired me to pursue a career helping others. I live with hypermobile EDS, a long-term condition causing chronic pain, which sparked my interest in supporting those whose wellbeing is affected by physical health.
At 27, I was diagnosed with ADHD, which helped me understand my identity and accept traits I once judged as “flaws.” My life changed when I focused on being present, regulated, and kinder to myself. Now, I help others — including neurodivergent people — do the same.

While studying Psychology with Counselling, I juggled full-time work for three years before earning a distinction in my Graduate Certificate in delivering low-intensity CBT therapy. I’ve since helped hundreds of clients overcome mental and emotional challenges, including dozens living with chronic pain, through 1:1 sessions, online webinars, and face-to-face groups.
I founded MAP Wellbeing to bridge the gap between mental and physical health. Unlike traditional healthcare, which often treats these separately, coaching addresses both together.
Coaching is future-focused, practical, and goal-oriented, helping you take meaningful steps to improve wellbeing, develop your strengths, and make sustainable changes.
As a Certified Life Coach and Pain Coach, I work flexibly without limiting sessions, tailoring my approach to you. I use GIIFTS Life Coaching, grounded in CBT principles, to help clients understand pain, manage mental and emotional wellbeing, and create lasting positive change.
I bring authenticity, compassion, and positivity to every session. I hold you accountable in a supportive way, deliver reliable outcomes, and guide you to lasting, meaningful change. My personal experience, professional background, and flexible approach ensure every session is tailored to you.
